Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a great base for exploring all areas of the New Forest with excellent parking. The rooms were spacious, with lovely decor and comfortable amenities, though a throw on the bed would have been nice on cooler nights. The service was welcoming and accommodating, even with language barriers. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the centre of Brockenhurst. The dining experience was satisfactory, albeit with some room for improvement in service timings. The hotel facilities were more than adequate.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and homely, although it was a bit cold when we arrived. The staff, especially Cameron, Elliot, and Lorraine, were really nice and helpful. The location is excellent, surrounded by the New Forest and with a lovely private courtyard. The dining was good, but I wished for more breakfast options. Overall, it's a great place to explore the New Forest.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms in the converted external buildings were great, offering separate spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a large bathroom with both a bath and shower. However, the room wasn't serviced during our absence from 10 am to 3 pm, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the room was a nice size and conveniently located near the patio area, ideal for sunny days.
